What's new on Candy Shorts

Each entry comes from a daily check of the official catalog on candy.ai and candyshorts.com. When a series gets new episodes, its review shows the new count and the new price of finishing it, and its episode map updates the same day. The entries are grouped by month, newest first.

The catalog in September 2026

At the last check, the catalog listed 126 titles: 118 public series and eight Spicy titles for Premium members. The public series held 677 episodes, 236 of them free, and 12 carried the New Episodes badge in the Candy.ai library.

• 107 public series had five episodes, four had 15, and the longest, My bestie betrayed me, had 34.
• 92 starred Candy characters, 19 other characters, and seven belonged to Candy Creators, led by licensed AI likenesses of real performers.
• 100 public series cost 36 tokens to finish, on top of a Premium account.

September 2026 also brought a new public series, She Was Sent to Kill Me, which Candy.ai placed second in its library grid, and a new Spicy title, Accident with my Stepmom.

How the check works

Once a day, early in the morning, European time, the check reads the official catalog from four places: the series cards on candyshorts.com, the Candy.ai library with its order and its badges, the page of each series with its episodes, prices and locks, and the list of Spicy titles. It compares the result with the day before and writes the differences here.

Two safeguards keep the log honest. If the official pages return fewer than 50 series, the check stops without touching the data, so a failed connection cannot empty the catalog. And the previous day's data is kept as a snapshot before anything is overwritten.

What each entry means

• New series: a public title that was not in the catalog the day before, with its episode count on arrival.
• New Spicy title: a new title in the Spicy section, recorded by name, since guests see the title and a blurred poster alone.
• Episodes: a series whose episode count changed, with the old and the new number.
• Price: a series whose paid episodes changed price, in tokens.
• New Episodes badge: a series that received the badge Candy.ai puts on its card in the library.
• No longer listed: a title that dropped out of the official catalog. It stays in our data, flagged, so its page can be checked.
• Totals: the size of the catalog whenever it changes, public series and Spicy titles counted apart.

Two of these types had no entry yet in September 2026: no series had changed its token price, and no title had dropped out of the catalog. A price entry names the series with the old and the new price of its paid episodes, and a removal entry names the title and the month it went.

Reading the totals

A totals entry appears when the size of the catalog changes. In September 2026 the catalog went from 124 to 125 titles, with the arrival of She Was Sent to Kill Me: 118 public series and seven Spicy titles. When a new series and a removal fall on the same day, the size stays the same, so no totals entry appears, and the two entries of that day explain the change.

The first entries date from September 2026: the size of the catalog at the first check, 124 titles, then the arrival of She Was Sent to Kill Me with five episodes, then the new total of 125. The next check found a new Spicy title, Accident with my Stepmom, and a total of 126.

What happens to a new series here

A new series enters our data the day it appears, with the official facts: poster, episodes, prices and the stills of episodes 1 and 2, all taken from Candy.ai like those of the rest of the catalog. Its review and its Heat level follow once we have rated it, and from then on the entry in this log links to the review. The reviews go out in the order of the Candy.ai library, so a new title that Candy.ai places near the top of its grid moves up our list as well.

New episodes and what they cost

When a running series grows, the change reaches three places on this site: the log entry, the facts of its review and its episode map, where each new tile shows whether the episode is free or locked and at what price. Each new paid episode adds its price to the total cost of finishing the series: in September 2026, that was 12 tokens an episode in most public series and 30 in the Candy Creators titles. A five-episode public series that grew to six would go from 36 to 48 tokens to finish, the price of the two six-episode series already in the catalog.

The New Episodes badge and the "New" marks

Candy.ai uses two marks, and the log treats them differently. The New Episodes badge sits on a series card in the library and flags a series with new episodes; the log records it. Candy.ai also marks single episodes as New, but for a guest that mark sits on the locked episodes of almost the whole catalog, so it says little about what is recent, and the log leaves it out.

Following a series you watch

For a single series, its review is the place to look. The facts at the top carry the current episode count and price, and the episode map carries a line with the month of the last check. If a series you are watching gets new episodes, the map grows by a tile the same day, and the total cost of finishing it updates with it.

Candy Creators in the log

New series led by a licensed AI likeness enter the log like the rest, as new series with their episode count. The list of creators with a chat profile and no series, on our creators hub, comes from the Candy Creators page of Candy.ai and is checked by hand.

How to follow new releases

This page is the short version. The catalog page lists the reviewed series in the order of the Candy.ai library, with filters by cast, theme and Heat level, and the home page shows the rated series in the same order. For the official view, the Candy.ai library itself shows the New Episodes badge on the cards. The filters on our catalog page also narrow the reviewed series to one cast group or one tag, so a reader can check what is new in, for example, the Candy Creators section.

What the log leaves out

The log follows the Candy Shorts catalog: titles, episodes, token prices and badges. It leaves out the Premium price, which the free guide dates on its own, the chat side of Candy.ai and our Heat levels, which are an editorial rating rather than a catalog fact.

Why this log exists

A catalog like this one changes under the reader's feet: series arrive, grow and change price, and a figure written in a review can age in a week. The figures on this site carry the month they were checked, and this log keeps the history of the changes, so a reader can see what moved and when. It also keeps this site accountable: a reader who spots a figure that no longer matches Candy.ai can check the log, and the contact page takes corrections.
