YES MA'AM

The premise

The viewer is the lowest recruit on base until Sgt. Diana Demont pulls him out of the mud and claims him as hers. She is the commanding officer the base keeps at a distance, married to the Colonel who controls the place, and the recruit gets to see the woman under the uniform.

Rank does the work that a family tie does in other series, and the Colonel is the risk hanging over the story.
